Terms of Service

Ancient-Tales.ru ("Ancient Tales" or "Service"), consists of the Ancient Tales website, launcher, and game, www.ancient-tales.ru, offers the game with some restrictions on access during alpha/beta testing. Ancient Tales and its subsidiary services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "AT") are wholly owned by the Fushimi team and partially owned by its partners - MMO Network.

1.       TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Before using the AT services, the user must read this Agreement, as well as all applicable rules to the game (including the Game Rules and Forum Rules).

2.        SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

Ancient Tales provides the user registered in the Ancient Tales system with access to services. All terms of interaction between Ancient Tales and the user are explained in this Agreement. The administration of the Ancient Tales service has the right to make changes to the User Agreement at any time, about which the administration of Ancient Tales undertakes to notify the user by posting an updated version of the Agreement on the website ancient-tales.ru. All changes come into force immediately after publication on the website ancient-tales.ru. The user has the right not to accept the changes made - in this case, the administration limits the user's access to the service.

3.        SERVICES PROVIDED

Ancient Tales provides the user with access to Ancient Tales services. At the same time, the user understands that responsibility for delays, failures, access of third parties to personal user information, etc., lies directly with the service. The user must understand that some services may contain information intended for children over 16 years of age. The Ancient Tales Administration is not responsible for providing the User with access to the Internet or for resolving technical issues related to it.

Ancient Tales provides access to paid services, but does not force the User to use them. The User voluntarily contributes funds to pay for the services, as a result of which a refund is not possible, since the User voluntarily contributed funds to pay for the service.

4.        BEHAVIOR OF A REGISTERED USER

When using the Ancient Tales service, the user is solely responsible for the safety of the account data, the Ancient Tales service ensures the safety of the data in accordance with paragraph 7 of this User Agreement. The Ancient Tales administration does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy, political correctness and quality of the information posted on the Ancient Tales service and official communities on other various services. The user understands that some of the materials posted on the services may offend his religious and moral views. At the same time, Ancient Tales reserves the right to block a suspicious account and deny access to its owner, until sufficient evidence of his innocence is provided. After which the account can be unblocked.

When working with the services, the user is prohibited from:

  1. distributing and storing information that is illegal, offensive, politically incorrect, as well as personal information of other users, including sending offensive letters to other users of the system;
  2. violating the rights of minors and/or causing them any harm;
  3. posting advertising information character;
  4. mass mailing of emails of an advertising nature - spam;
  5. posting and sending viruses, files, software code designed to disrupt the functioning of software;
  6. implementing unauthorized access to software products and services, including obtaining logins, passwords and other means for obtaining unauthorized access to paid services, as well as posting links to the above information;
  7. deliberately disrupting the normal functioning of the Ancient Tales system, as well as any service included in it;
  8. conducting any trading activity, namely attempts to sell game items to other users for real money without permission from the Ancient Tales administration;
  9. posting meaningless and/or useless information in volumes that can significantly increase the load on the Ancient Tales service equipment.

Attention! The user account may be deleted if the user violates any of the above points of the User Agreement!

5.        TERMINATION OF SERVICES

The Ancient Tales Administration reserves the right to terminate a user's account if the User Agreement listed in clause 4 of this User Agreement is not complied with. The User understands that any project of the service may cease functioning at any time, without prior notice to the user. The Ancient Tales Administration is not responsible for termination of access to any of the projects of the service.

6.         DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  1. The User uses the services at their own discretion, and the Ancient Tales administration is not responsible for this interaction;
  2. The Ancient Tales administration does not guarantee the uninterrupted and high-quality operation of any of the services included in the system (including games), and is also not responsible for whether the provided service meets the User's expectations, including the Ancient Tales administration is not responsible for any damages caused to the user, for the inability to use the service in a timely manner, and other failures in service.

7.        INFORMATION SECURITY

User passwords are stored in the Ancient Tales database in encrypted form, respectively. Ancient Tales does not transfer user data to third parties.

The user independently monitors the safety of their password and its inaccessibility to third parties.
